Alwanda Fuqua Carothers
My name is Alwanda Fuqua Carothers, and I’ve been joyfully married to William D. Carothers for 47 years. Together, we’ve built a loving family that is the heartbeat of my life. I am the proud mother of two daughters, grandmother to four wonderful grandchildren—two boys and two girls—and great-grandmother to five precious great-grandchildren—four boys and one girl. Our family continues to grow, and so does the love that binds us.
I wear many hats: I am a sister, aunt, friend, author, and entrepreneur. Above all, I am a woman of faith. I love God deeply and strive every day to be a light for Christ to everyone I encounter.
For over 60 years, I’ve been a devoted member of the Church of Christ. My husband and I worship with the congregation at 904 Lawrence Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee. We warmly invite you to join us in worship if you’re ever in the area.
Together, William and I have served as foreign missionaries for more than two decades, sharing the gospel in Guyana, South America, and doing mission work in Belize and Guatemala. I am also a spiritual mentor, guiding both young and mature Christians in their walk with the Lord.
Over the years, I’ve been honored to speak at Ladies’ Days, retreats, and conferences throughout Tennessee and Kentucky. My life’s mission is simple but powerful: to walk by faith, depend fully on God, maintain a repentant heart, be an example of Christ, and live with gratitude always.
Rhonda Bady-Hill
I come from a long line of musical artists, but I found storytelling. My audience enjoyed hearing me roar like a lion and seeing me jump from imaginary bed to imaginary bed as I brought Goldilocks and The Three Bears to life! They would say that they felt like they were in the stories with me! I always knew that one day, I would write stories with a lion as the teller!

Archorah Cameron
Meet Archorah Cameron—though most folks call her Cho!
Born and raised on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Mississippi; Cho is a mom of two amazing daughters, Nya and Amaria. She’s all about curating memorable moments, traveling the world,
or simply creating new experiences with family and friends.
After serving in the Air Force, Cho followed her passion for helping others by earning a Master
of Social Work and becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Her dedication to supporting children and families remained at the heart of everything she did.
Then, in 2017, Cho found herself surrounded by her community’s love when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. During her treatment, creating custom crafts became her refuge—a simple yet meaningful act of self-care that brought her peace and comfort.
What began as a creative healing outlet during her cancer treatment blossomed into Nyari
Custom Creations; a thriving business that brings joy to others through personalized gifts, party favors, and custom apparel. And the name Nyari? It is only fitting that the word means “unique, creative, or different” – and is also a combination of her girls’ names!
At Nyari, the products are more than just gifts. From personalized shirts, drinkware and journals to custom bags, party banners, and even board games; each item reflects Cho’s love, creativity, and passion for meaningful connections… all woven into every piece she creates.
