Rochelle has many roles: a Christian author, wife, mother, sister, friend, servant, and physical education/health teacher and Amazon’s 3 times bestselling author of the anthology “When Destiny Needs An Intervention”

She’s passionate about educating others about the importance of self and soul care through exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness so that they can shift their mindset towards a healthy lifestyle.

Rochelle is a life-long learner dedicated to achieving her full potential, advocating for inclusion, and remaining positive through even the most challenging trials. She uses her impressive skill set to increase her wellness knowledge and is always ascending towards greatness and excellence in mind, body, and spirit.

Rochelle graduated cum laude from Texas Southern University with her bachelor of science in health studies and also earned an associate’s degree in computer network systems from ITT Technical Institute.

Rochelle’s solo book “Unleashed Destiny” (debuts Fall 2024) will take readers on her transformational destiny of faith, courage and the power that lies within to become “wholly well” in mind, body and spirit.
